This company has rotten customer service. My husband went in the store to pay on his monthly pay as you go Boost Mobile service. First of all, the clerk, Vincent, acted as though this was new to him. Secondly, the monies my husband paid was NOT credited to his phone service. Mind you, this was on 8-24-10, today is 8-30-10 and Boost contacted my husband to say they had not rec'd pymt?? What?? Upon calling the store, the same clerk stated: "Well if he didn't receive a second receipt with the pin info on it, then the service wasn't paid??? What? You're the clerk that gave my husband only one (1) receipt! He was very arrogant and insisted that If I wanted to I could call the owner. She was in Maryland! Trust me, she is the reason the clerks are so arrogant!!! Pay them more money, maybe they won't be so angry at everyone! She only agreed to help me after I told her I would contact the hdqtrs of Radio Shack and inform them that she should not carry the Radio Shack logo nor sell Boost Mobile phones! more
