Fantastic services 7/30/2011

I don't know what others are talking about. Been there lots and lots of times and my friends and I always do business with this store. Especially after the new management and employees that work there. Superb and great store and services. They will do their best to help and make the customers happy. Always recommended. The guy that was complaining about the service and intending (That If I was the owner) he is so funny and looks like he doesn’t know what he is talking about. And instead of him writing a review he should go and get his own business ? more

Customer Service 8/30/2010

This company has rotten customer service. My husband went in the store to pay on his monthly pay as you go Boost Mobile service. First of all, the clerk, Vincent, acted as though this was new to him. Secondly, the monies my husband paid was NOT credited to his phone service. Mind you, this was on 8-24-10, today is 8-30-10 and Boost contacted my husband to say they had not rec'd pymt?? What?? Upon calling the store, the same clerk stated: "Well if he didn't receive a second receipt with the pin info on it, then the service wasn't paid??? What? You're the clerk that gave my husband only one (1) receipt! He was very arrogant and insisted that If I wanted to I could call the owner. She was in Maryland! Trust me, she is the reason the clerks are so arrogant!!! Pay them more money, maybe they won't be so angry at everyone! She only agreed to help me after I told her I would contact the hdqtrs of Radio Shack and inform them that she should not carry the Radio Shack logo nor sell Boost Mobile phones! more

Rotten Customer Service 10/15/2009

Good: The items I sought were available.. Bad: The clerk/Cashier showed no sensitivity towards me at all. Not in the least. Had I been the owner, I would have terminated her employment on the spot. Had I been the owner, I would have been upset to say the least. My thought would have been to wonder if all or nearly all of my customers had simular experiences. In this tough economic market, businesses can ill afford employees that cost them business.. Improvements: If you have not done so, PLEASE provide customer service training to your employees. The customer is not always right. However, employees must be on their "A" game every day other wise customers look for other places to spend their money, even if it means going out their way for better service.. Other: Walmart is coming to the neighborhood. I HATE the Walmart Corp. I have shopped radio Shack for over thirty years, longer than the young clerk has been on this earth. I do not need to say anymore about ROTTEN service. If I must I will suck it up and go to walmart.A break down in service quality and employee incompetence begs for a no confidence consideration in this store's employee.. more
