Paid for air conditioner on July 25, 2010 for delivery on July 26. Was told late on that day (July 25) that they were out of stock until next year and that they would issue a credit to my credit card. On August 3 the salesman (Ira) said that it was not his job to issue credits. Bookkeeper said the same thing. It is now August 9 and I am still waiting for my credit.
