Good: I purchased several items online, put the order through, right after I noticed that I had inadvertantly chosen an item that was close to want I wanted, but not the same. Called customer service and the guy told me he would correct it. The following day I received an email with the same item that I did not want. Sent them the corrected info. In the meantime I made several attempts to contact customer service , with no luck. Got an email saying that my order was shipped will not order from in the future.. Bad: Customer service sucks!. Improvements: Hire someone who can answer the phone. Other: I will purchase from you in the future.
