Good: Price was competitive, we like to buy from local businesses.. Bad: Refrigerator install crew ran the dolly over living room carpet; refused to bring it in through kitchen; separated seams on the carpet. Install crew refused to hook up cold water dispenser; I had to do it before they would leave; call to salesman got "Well, your wife should have known that" response. If we hadn't needed the refrigerator (had none at the time) we would have sent it back.. Improvements: Firing squad, maybe.. Other: Change the motto to, "The Service Never Ends Until the Money Changes Hands." One-star rating because it doesn't go lower. I can't believe they stay in business treating customers this way. Every day I drive by the place I'm surprised no one has burned it down..
