I have purchased two computers from Charlie's and depend on them for support including my cat causing a few problems by walking on my keyboard. They are reasonably priced, fair, and trustworthy. For a senior like myself, they provide peace of mind and are accommodating on their house calls. My son in-law is in the business and rates them highly.
