Excellant, Dependable, Trustworthy 4/2/2010

I have purchased two computers from Charlie's and depend on them for support including my cat causing a few problems by walking on my keyboard. They are reasonably priced, fair, and trustworthy. For a senior like myself, they provide peace of mind and are accommodating on their house calls. My son in-law is in the business and rates them highly. more

Poor service and bad attitude 1/24/2007

I will never go anywhere near this place or these people. If you want your computer to be returned in worse condition by all means let these jerks look inside. Unreliable and uncaring. Never enter this place or you will regret your foolishness as you spend hundreds buying a new machine. more

Great Computer Repair 8/20/2005

We have used Charlie's computer center and have been very pleased with the services they provided to us. We have had a few issues with our computer that they have appropriately 'diagnosed' and repaired. They are able to fit in appointments as needed. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer, but it's due to their high demand in the area. Also, they inform you if they think it will take a little longer than anticipated, which is reasonable & fair. Their prices are competitive, and they are located right near Bridgewater center. The staff is all very friendly & professional. Great small company! more
