I ordered 2 beds in April 2010 and got immediate response during order process. In June, got a response that beds were going to be shipped out from China in July. Contacted them a few times in August and September for follow-up, finally got a tracking number on 9/24/10 for possible delivery between 09/29/2010 - 10/13/2010. Beds were finally picked from Gardena, CA warehouse on 10/18/10 after multiple calls to delivery company and Urbanhom. Tried to schedule for Silver delivery but delivery company reported that I needed to contact company to rectify delivery from Bronze to Silver delivery (as stated on invoice). Took 3 days to get response from Urbanhom. When beds finally delivered to my house on 11/16/10, 1 bed missing and 2nd bed missing assembly instructions, parts don't match, and dimensions did not match with what was stated over the phone. Left multiple phone messages and sent multiple e-mails but no response from company yet. This is the greatest company to work with if you don't mind 7-month delay of beds and being charged 2 beds and receiving 1 bed with wrong dimensions and no assembly instructions as well as the lack of customer service once you put in your order! Take your own risk!
