I had an issue due to the paint finish on our new 2010 Honda Accord. I made an appointment and spoke directly to the General Manager. He was great and had the car totally detailed to remove the blemishes and spots on the paint. I was also given a loaner car. He was great and made me a satisfied customer after my initial issues. more
