I've had my boat fixed at Boat Tune for years but the last time i went in they forgot to tighten a bolt and a piece fell off my outboard. They promptly replaced the part without cost and also the owner, Bob Leatherman, called me and offered me 1/2 off on my next annual service for my inconvenience. What more can you ask for? I always say, "it's not whether mistakes are made, it's how they handle it when one is made. Good people, i highly recommend them.
