Today, we went in to get my tags and to check on a rear wiper that they had ordered, but didn't have in yet. The Used Sales Manager, Mike, walked up and handed us a present of my wiper! Not only did he remember us, but he went and got our wiper before we noticed him and had time to ask about it!
