Good: Initially when I started coming one of the staff was nice.. Bad: The condesending way staff speaks to customers. As though they are doing us a favor! Their prices are too high and they always overprice simple procedures and want you to get the most expensive procedures done first! It is all about the money there. And they do not do what they say they are going to do. I mean life is hard enough, can I find a dentist office that will not try to take you to the bank. You have to check all prices, fee's and everything. I do not trust them! I did not like the attitude. Improvements: Training in customer relations please!. Other: Now I have to locate another dentist office, hopefully, this one will know how to treat clients!!.
