My husband and I eat there almost every weekend and he grabs breakfast sometimes during the week.
There are many places nearby but Everest is the best for breakfast. Sometimes we'll go to another place that looks good and we always compare it to Everest and, always, Everest wins.
The chicken tostada salad is simply unbeatable. A huge meal and every bit is delicious.
Their garden burger is simply wonderful for a quick lunch. \
I like to cook breakfast but I do understand why my husband wants to go to Everest for a Denver omelet. I get the 3-egg burrito and we are both completely satisfied.
In a way, we'd like to keep this place to ourselves. But the owners and staff deserve to prosper, they do a great job, a service, to the community.
