This company is the same as Hobson Air Conditioning, Inc. I received a flyer in the mail, so I called them when I had problems with my air conditioning. They replace parts with the cheapest part they can find instead of the OEM manufacturer's recommended part, which will cancel any manufacturer's warranty leaving you stuck with them. They charged me twice the fee for replacing one part assembly, saying that it is really two parts although the parts distributor notified me the part is never sold as two parts (comes as a pre-assembled unit). They do not take advantage of free replacement parts via warranty but charge you for all parts. In order to keep qualifying for their "fixed right or it's free" guarantee, you must keep paying for addition upgrades on every free tuneup visit. Their team leader was arrogant, impolite, and outright rude on the telephone.
