Coosa Cable not only has horrible cable and internet service connection, they also have horrible customer service and treat thier customers as though they are unappreciated. When your cable goes out, and it will, and you call them to let them know the cable or internet is out, they are rude and are less than willing to remedy the situation in a timely manner. They say "yeah we know" and basically tell us they will get to it when they get to it....which is usually a week and a half later. My service is out ATLEAST twice a month. Unacceptable!! But I am STUCK with them because noone else services my area for cable. My suggestion to anyone moving to the area is to really research and make sure you have no other options for service before calling these guys.
