Good: The selection is great. They have older movies, tv series and even anime. Great service to the GLBT community by marking movies with GLBT content.. Bad: The service is horrible. Every time I go in there the workers lack any form of energy. I never get greeted or thanked and even when I'm at the counter ready to hand over money, it's a hassle to get the worker to acknowledge my presence.. Improvements: Employees that are customer service oriented and actually give a damn about their jobs should be hired. Removal of the dog would be great too. Maybe then the store could take advantage of the large Somali population in the area, make some money, and do some much needed repairs..
