Horrible Experience with V Watts 5/16/2009

I recently purchased a sectional from V Watts. My husband and I were very excited because it is a very nice couch, but have become very disappointed in our buying experience. It has been 3 months and we have yet to receive our couch! Every time I call I am rushed off of the phone and no one call tell me where my couch is or when it will arrive. I am also owed $45 refund and have yet to receive it...everytime I ask I am told "we're working on it" or "You haven't gotten that yet?" I have left numerous messages without receiving a call back. It seems like the staff would do anything other than try to at least locate furniture once you have given them your money. I would definitely think twice about buying anything from this store! more
