A sofa 2recliner is less than 2 years old. The nalgahyde is separating from the fabric backing. I was told sorry it's out of warranty. So if you want stuff that lasts only two years, this is the place for you! P S they are expensive too!! Mason Slover more

Gave 1 star for the friendly people but nice people doesn't solve my month ole problem without furniture ,almost 4,000.00 sectional but they seem to only have pieces in stock never the whole set of sectional .if my stuff isn't in this week I am gonna cancel my order and find it elsewhere IF ITS NOT IN STOCK DO NOT WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN MONTHS LATER WHILE THEY HAVE MY CASH MONEY more

I recently purchased a sectional from V Watts. My husband and I were very excited because it is a very nice couch, but have become very disappointed in our buying experience. It has been 3 months and we have yet to receive our couch! Every time I call I am rushed off of the phone and no one call tell me where my couch is or when it will arrive. I am also owed $45 refund and have yet to receive it...everytime I ask I am told "we're working on it" or "You haven't gotten that yet?" I have left numerous messages without receiving a call back. It seems like the staff would do anything other than try to at least locate furniture once you have given them your money. I would definitely think twice about buying anything from this store! more

Yes this store has wall to wall resonably priced furniture to pick from along with over friendly staff. However, be prepared to wait more than the 2 to 3 weeks they tell you for delivery. Let's put it to you this way, I have paid in full back on the 3rd weekend of Febuary. It's coming on the last week of MARCH & I have still not seen my furniture. My husband & I have placed numerous phone calls along with 2 trips to the store. Funny thing is NO ONE seems to know where it is or what has happened to cause the delay. They did tell is they would deliver for free. WOW that really makes up for things! more

V. Watts is located in the strangest of places -- on Highway 190 (aka Florida Blvd.) between Walker and Livingston, but much closer to Livingston. The road is pretty terrible, par for Livingston Parish, but if you're in the market for furniture, I think you'll find it worth it. The showroom is huge, not what you'd expect for a furniture store in the middle of nowhere. Salespeople are friendly but not obnoxious. There's a big variety of brands and of course, financing is available. One nice little perk: delivery is free. If you pay cash, you can negotiate your price somewhat. And several times a year (usually around the major holidays) they have a big tent sale where they close out one of a kinds, scratch and dents, and floor models. Prices are fair to begin with, though. Before you go to Baton Rouge and fight big city traffic, big city prices, and salesclerks that stick to you like gum on the bottom of your shoe, take the drive out to V. Watts! more

V.WATTS FURNITURE IS THE BEST PLACE THAT I HAVE FOUND TO BY FURNITURE. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF BRANDS LIKE ASHLEY, LAZ-A-BOY AND LIFESTYLES. THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT FINANCING OPTIONS. ALL BUT 10 PERCENT OF MY FURNITURE IS FROM V. WATTS. WHEN I BOUGHT MY FURNITURE FROM THEM THEY DELIVERED WITHIN A FEW DAYS, AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT BEFORE THEY LEFT.IF YOUR SHOPPING FOR FURNITURE V.WATTS IS THE PLACE TO GO. more
