I have had several bad experiences with this West Seattle Goodyear, all pertaining to tires. Aren't they supposed to be a tire shop? They have been unable to balance some of my wheels despite Costco being able to properly balance my wheels without a problem. They have also put my directional tires on backwards, put the tires on the wrong wheels (front and back wheels are difference widths), and the worst is they've used cheap tire valves that split and leave me stranded with a flat. I've had multiple wheels on different cars develop this splitting valve problem and in the latest circumstance they refused to replace the valve without charging me a few bucks. I don't care how cheap this work is, I won't pay these guys another cent. They are worthless as a tire shop and it's a bummer to see them still in business (and I don’t want to see any West Seattle business go out). I can't comment from experience on their mechanical abilities, but I would NEVER take a car to this shop for ANY work.
