Brought 2 pants in over 7 weeks ago to be reweaved. They promised to finish the pants in 4 weeks and said I had to pay in full. I called them 6 weeks out and pants were not finished yet. I called them today and they said they have no weavers and don't know when they can start on the pants. When I asked for my money back, they said they don't give refunds. They had no problem charging me $300 in advance but do not tell me when they cannot perform the service and don't even want to write a refund check.
