The Pediatric ENT of Atlanta office staff is very inefficient and unprofessional. Expect big delays during visits, having to catch and correct their errors (billing, surgery schedules, medications, etc.), and being treated like you are a nuisance.
We were even refused follow ups within 10 days of either of our children's surgeries, just so they could bill us extravagent charges for hearing tests that were not even performed.
The rubber really meets the road when you start to ask questions. Be prepared to be bullied. Even if you have a legitimate concern, as we did, do not expect them to respond with anything other than, when are you going to submit payment.
This office appears to be focused on making money and not on making childrern healthy.
