Good: When you want to order and have them installed they are VERY fast. Bad: When you need service, they are on their time. They are too busy running around installing.. Improvements: A new owner who cares about existing customers. Other: When the LeafGuard system began to cause dry rot on my roof, it took about 3 years for them to finally admit fault and fix the problem. When the filter system wasnt catching the fir needles and clogged my drain system, I was booked 3 weeks out to get it looked at and fixed. The called this morning and said they have people out sick and are too busy to come and fix my problem. After I went ballistic, they have someone on the way (still waiting for them to show right now). Owner Rob Lowe is unsupportive..
