I recently had my roof replaced, and the original gutters were in various stages of failure that also was compromising the roof and eve construction, warped or soft boards, moss and lichen buildup behind the gutters, and a few other nasty surprises. Leafguard installed a new system, repaired damaged boards, removed all the old material including the gunk that was in the old gutters, and did the work quickly and neatly. Ryan Chase presented conducted the original inspection and estimate and presented the information about my existing system as well as photos and measurements of the damaged areas of the existing boards in proximity tot he old gutters. Mr. Chase was thorough and professional, and immediately met with our dog's approval. The installation team worked carefully around my mature landscaping and did an excellent clean-up afterwards. I asked all kinds of questions and had excellent support and service from Mr. Chase as well as his back office. The installed product looks fantastic and works really well. Boards are repaired and new flashing installed that I will not need to paint (ever again). I had considered other gutter styles and install methods, looked at products on homes all around, and believe this Leafguard system was superior in theory and in application. If I were to do this all over again, I would, without hesitation. I would also highly recommend Ryan and his team for the sale and install. more

For the price we paid, and the small job they did, and they have NEVER worked, always leaked, crappy install, poor support. I'm gonna bite the bullet and have them come rip their crap out. They suck! Wish I could leave 0 stars. more

I just wanted to take a few moments to thank Leafguard for doing such an excellent job on my home. The salesman, Kyle was so friendly and did not try and sell me any extra add ons that my home did not require. The crew that came to my home lead by Craig did a fabulous job on the installation and cleaned up so well, much better than the roofers who were out at my property the month prior. I even received a quality inspection around 10 days later from Eric who was super friendly and very knowledgeable, answering all my last minute questions. I had been having trouble with my old gutters for many years due to all the trees and needles in my yard and neighborhood in general. I had seen advertisements for LeafGuard on TV and at Costco so I decided to give them a call. I set up a time for them to come out and a gentleman came out and answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and quoted me a price. After talking it over as a family we decided to make the purchase and could not be happier. The installation crew was fast, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning up at the completion of the project. I was also very pleasantly surprised that about 10 days after my gutters were put up LeafGuard sent an inspector to make sure everything was there, where it was supposed to be, ask me about my experience, and answer all my remaining questions about the system. If you are in need of new gutters I would give them a look it was a great choice and experience for my family. more

Who knows where to start with this company, From start to (un)finished. A similar experience w/Low on this end as the other user from 2009. The GM for the PNW division of Beldon industries offers a warranty? Got a warranty on a proprietary system and they fail to honor it? Good lick getting parts to mitigate your damages and void the warranty till the “if and when” they come out. It appears one must let their house rot. Two words... Boycott Leaf guard. more

Good: When you want to order and have them installed they are VERY fast. Bad: When you need service, they are on their time. They are too busy running around installing.. Improvements: A new owner who cares about existing customers. Other: When the LeafGuard system began to cause dry rot on my roof, it took about 3 years for them to finally admit fault and fix the problem. When the filter system wasnt catching the fir needles and clogged my drain system, I was booked 3 weeks out to get it looked at and fixed. The called this morning and said they have people out sick and are too busy to come and fix my problem. After I went ballistic, they have someone on the way (still waiting for them to show right now). Owner Rob Lowe is unsupportive.. more
