Good: My credit was in the dumps do to a divorce and they treated me like a person verses the other dealerships I done business with before looking at me like "Are you serious, what are you expecting us to do?" The service was great even though my credit wasn't.. Bad: not too much to say here. The only things I didn't like were the obstacles I had created for myself. For instance, I put $1000 down-But I got a 12 month warranty. My Payments were $290 a month a little higher than I had planned-But I can lower it as I pay on time and i have the option to trade out early, with no penalties.. Improvements: Can't think of any. They even told me once my credit gets better they would be willing to go out and buy the car that I want and erase the balance of my car if I still owe more on the car than what it is worth.. Other: Just want to say thank you to Ann Street for being there for me when I needed them. I went to the other "Guaranteed" finance places but that's another story (a horror story). it's good to know that good people are out there..
