dont ever go to ann street crosslander my husband his parents and his brother all went there at the same time and got cars and they were all three lemmon our mountainere needed new wheel berrings and oother parts every month my in laws got all the wy home with their van and went to use it the next day and it over heated and left them sit evry five to ten miles nothing but rip offs i wouldnt even send my worse enemy to them if you want a good used car and excellent customer service go see JP at sundance chevorlet in grand ledge awsome service and great cars more

Wow! Talk about people who are happy to help and always there when you need them!! Bought a 2005 Chevrolet Impala from them and have nothing but great things to say. Couldn't recommend them enough! more

Beware of Ann Street Auto. They are the worst car dealership by far. I just purchased a Kia Optima 03, Nov 5. I have only been able to use the car twice in the past wk I've had it. It has been sitting in there shop for 3 days in a row, while they have been "doing work on it". I went to work today after waiting 3 days for my car (and paying people for rides and almost being late to work all week)and guess what!!!? My serpentine belt is about to break now. My car is sitting in the lot f my place of employment. I once again out of a car, out of money and out of PATIENCE!! I will never ever in my life do business with them again!! I would almost rather risk "bad credit" and it get repo'd than to keep dealing with them and pay a note on a vehicle I wasn't even able to drive for a week before putting it in the shop!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have 2 kids, I'm a single mom, they've met and interacted with my kids and still sold me a faulty car that could have had me stranded somewhere out in the cold tonight!! Just Horrible!! more

Good: My credit was in the dumps do to a divorce and they treated me like a person verses the other dealerships I done business with before looking at me like "Are you serious, what are you expecting us to do?" The service was great even though my credit wasn't.. Bad: not too much to say here. The only things I didn't like were the obstacles I had created for myself. For instance, I put $1000 down-But I got a 12 month warranty. My Payments were $290 a month a little higher than I had planned-But I can lower it as I pay on time and i have the option to trade out early, with no penalties.. Improvements: Can't think of any. They even told me once my credit gets better they would be willing to go out and buy the car that I want and erase the balance of my car if I still owe more on the car than what it is worth.. Other: Just want to say thank you to Ann Street for being there for me when I needed them. I went to the other "Guaranteed" finance places but that's another story (a horror story). it's good to know that good people are out there.. more
