Very Poor Customer Service 10/23/2009

Coosa Cable is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is very bad. They don't seem to care about their customers and their service is very unreliable. I am two months in and I have had to call them at least six times and guess what? Problems still not resolved. We had Directv for years and was extremely happy with them but we needed someone that could cover phone, cable and internet service in a reasonable price. Coosa was the only one that could do that so right now, we are still hanging in there. We are giving it six months. more
