Good: The items I sought were available.. Bad: The clerk/Cashier showed no sensitivity towards me at all. Not in the least. Had I been the owner, I would have terminated her employment on the spot. Had I been the owner, I would have been upset to say the least. My thought would have been to wonder if all or nearly all of my customers had simular experiences. In this tough economic market, businesses can ill afford employees that cost them business.. Improvements: If you have not done so, PLEASE provide customer service training to your employees. The customer is not always right. However, employees must be on their "A" game every day other wise customers look for other places to spend their money, even if it means going out their way for better service.. Other: Walmart is coming to the neighborhood. I HATE the Walmart Corp. I have shopped radio Shack for over thirty years, longer than the young clerk has been on this earth. I do not need to say anymore about ROTTEN service. If I must I will suck it up and go to walmart.A break down in service quality and employee incompetence begs for a no confidence consideration in this store's employee.. more
