I had taken my dog here twice before but had to cancel at the last minute, because, well, things come up. So they've got this cancellation policy. Fine, I'll pay the cancellation fee. But I get this big lecture about how they had to turn away so many dogs because they had this spot especially for my dog. Excuse me, but I don't need a lecture. And I kind of always felt that condescending tone when I went in there for other visits. Like I wasn't doing my part grooming my dog at home and I didn't take her in often enough. I'm a good pet owner and shouldn't be made to feel bad because I don't take my dog to a doggie spa often enough. The service is fine, but I feel that the owner's attitude has made me not want to return there. more
