Dr. Selick is tremendously knowledgeable and diagnosed my PCOS quickly and accurately. While it is true that you have to "be on top of" the office if you need medical records, etc., I have found the nurses are good about answering questions over the phone. The staff is very friendly. You WILL wait a very long time if you come in the middle of the day. I am talking 2 to 3 hours. But this is not unusual for doctors offices in Manhattan. I think Dr. Selick is professional and appreciates a patient that has done her homework so that you can have an intelligent conversation about your condition and asks you what YOU want so that you can manage your care with her. I am very happy/impressed with her as my doctor.
