When I first moved into the house I was renting I called them because that's the last place my landlord had rented from. They wanted a 150 gallon minimum and I had to sign a contract. I called their competitor who gave me a better price, no minimum and no contract. When Olsen found out they called my landlord and threatened to sue, saying my landlord had signed a contract, which is total BS on several levels. We told them to go to h*ll and never heard from them again.
