I have been a customer of Dave's Appliance for 25 years.
Today I had a very bad interaction on the phone with one of the workers there named,Davie. He was instructing me by phone what part from the back of the dryer to bring in to the shop to be repaired, since they were booked for over a week with house calls. Of course, it was difficult to follow and I patiently was asking questions. He yelled at me that I was wasting his time and hung up on me. He hung up again after I called back.....
