I bought a GE floor model refrigerator. Price was good, Crossroads offered a 1 yr extended warranty (no cost). It took FIVE phone calls and FIVE MONTHS to finally get the paperwork to prove I had a warranty. My experience falls in line with the "no service after sales" mantra.
