On December 1, 2010 Howard Training Center was awarded the highest accreditation by CARF International. We were awarded a three year accreditation for all of the services in which we provide, Community Services, Community Integration, Golden Opportunity, Home At Last, Employment Services, Production Unlimited, and ARC Catering. The latest accreditation is the 11th consecutive three-year accreditation that the International accrediting body had awarded to Howard Training Center. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization's substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a three-year accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer reveiw process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.
