They were patient with me while my mom tried on dresses (to get an idea of how they look *on* someone as 2/3 maids were out of state), they were patient when I took 2 of my maids there, they were patient when only 2 of my maids ordered at the store and one did so online. more

Such a good experience 10/1/2010

So I had an amazing experience here. I came across the shop while I was researching designers and saw they carried the designer I was looking for. I called ahead because I had walked into other bridal shops who had flat out told me I couldn't even look at their dresses without one. They were really sweet on the phone and asked me questions about what I was looking for, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me. When I got there I was greeted by the girls behind the desk immediately and they were super friendly. They had a piece of paper that lookes like it had all of the information they had asked me about on the phone and Camille (my consultant) introduced herself to my mom and I. I was shown to the rack with the designer that I had originally inquired about and then she told me to look around the store and start showing her dresses that I thought I would like to try on so she could figure out what my styole was. She listened to everything I said and was able to simply and intelligently answer every question that my mom and I asked. I eventually fell in love with a dress she suggested I try on and bought it that day. Everyone that worked with me that day was super nice and I got a 10% discount because the dress I fell in love with fit me almost perfectly I will have to do very slight alterations. The girl behind the desk that checked us out worked with us on everything and also answered all of our questions. I had such a good experience I recommened them to my best friend who is also engaged. more

No problems at all 9/20/2010

I was the maid of honor in an out-of-town wedding and D'Annelli was the only local store to carry this particular dress. I had all of my information ready and explained the exact color the bride wanted and I experienced absolutely no problems at all. more

I CANNOT BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THERE, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, FROM THE GET-GO. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS FRIENDLY AND OFFERED US A TOUR WHILE OUR CONSULTANT, BREENA FINISHED WITH HER APPOINTMENT. more

Attentive and helpful 9/7/2010

My sister got married this past October. She actually wanted to colors of dresses to distinguish her maitron of honor in a different color. At the same time, she wanted to be able to bring the colors togather. We found a designer that offered the colors she was looking for and were able to get teh same dersses, two different colors with the opposing color of bow on the dresses. The girls at D'Anelli were attentive and able to help us everytime we were there. more

Overall, I was treated with kindness. Even the other women who worked there were nice to me, when Holly was not around. Holly was helpful with clamping the dresses onto me and letting me play with the veils. Her attitude towards me did not change at all when I said that I was going to need a less expensive dress. I set up an appointment to get alterations done but I changed my mind after reading some Yelp reviews of local tailors. I decided to get it done at another place which has a quick turn around time. I went to pick up my dress yesterday and they were all very nice to me and did not seem at all bothered that I was getting the alterations done elsewhere. Im not sure if the bad reviews have caused some improvement or if my experience was good because I chose to only visit during non peak times, but I had a good time shopping here. And I love my dress. more

They saved my daughters wedding!! 5/7/2010

We went to D'Anelli Bridal for my daughter's wedding dress, veil, shoes, 7 bridemaids dresses and alteration. All the BM's were outside of Colorado except for two and the Bride was as well. When the bridesmaids dresses came in they were the wrong material which made them look black and not navy. D'Anelli's took care of having the dresses remade and expediated so there was no delay or stress for my daughter or me. THEY SAVED MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING and did so with great professionalism. more

I am a very non traditional bride and had a wonderful experience here. I do not like to wear dresses and the consultants all made me feel beautiful. At least seven of my friends have bought their dresses here and have all had the same experience. Top of the line customer service and selection. Loved it here! more

I loved loved loved the experience i had at d'Anellis. Like most girls, i have been to almost every shop in town and this was one of my last stops. The store is absolutely beautiful, and unlike other bridal shops they have an amazing amount of stock available in store. I highly recommend this bridal store! more

Best service in town! 4/2/2010

Special bridal shop I had the time of my life shopping for my wedding gown and maids my mom also bought her gown and also my future mother inlaw. I can't tell you how much I loved Nadene and the entire staff. My gown came in flawed and they immedialtely took care of everything and sent my gown back to manufacture and stayed on top of it until it sent back awesome customer service from the entire staff friendly and amazing. What a selection of gowns in all price ranges. My wedding is next week and the only thing I'm unhappy about is that I won't be going to the store. They did ask me to send pictures of my wedding which they post in your contsultant bullintine board in their dressing room. I just can't say enough about this store. Go there and don't go anywhere else. Pros: the best service in town Cons: none more

This store has an amazing selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They have a wide variety of designers, as well as dresses in nearly every price range. If you come during the week, it is fairly slow and you will not need an appointment. The weekends are very busy, so if you don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait a long time before you try on dresses. I had heard that the staff was very rude, but I never found them to be rude to me. Their in-house seamstresses also do great work. more

    Our apparel is ordered specifically for you. When you receive the dress from us, it is a brand new dress straight from the manufacturer, made especially for you. Both pressing and preparing the gown for your wedding day are included in the price of the gown. Alterations are additional and must be paid in full before they can begin.
