Recently I received a washing machine (Speed Queen AWN432) as a gift purchased from Zetley's and was very disappointed with the product. When I contacted Zetley's regarding the return of the item I was told no they wouldn't take back the machine. Returning the washer at Zetley's is just not an option. I asked to speak with the owner regarding my concern, and was never put through to speak with him/her. Instead all of my calls were passed on to one of their reps. Zetley's does not really care about the practice of customer satisfaction. They are not helpful in any way. I even offered to pay delivery and a restocking fees, but they still said no. I would never recommend Zetley's to anyone for commercial or personal home use. As an example, I asked if a company ordered too many washers if they would ever work with them to take back the over purchased items, they said no. So be warned.
