We went in on a Sunday about 3 weeks ago and I had the best experience with Zinar, I hope I'm spelling his name right. My husband has spent alot of money with Zales and we just upgraded my wedding rings. I love my rings but have had a couple issues with them. Zinar was so polity and willing to make it right. We will continue to come to your store in Woodland Hills, because of Zinar. He is a great customer service asset and you are lucky to have him as an employee.
