If you want ANY sort of customer service do NOT buy your mattress set here. I purchased a mattress set for my 86 year old parents. I had to sigh paperwork stating that I knew what the height of the mattress would be and no exchange would be allowed. I went to my parents to make sure the height would be appropriate for my very frail mother. When the mattress set was delivered, it was higher than what they promised. Even though the customer has to abide by the height rules, Z Mattress does not. They can give you any height and they will not correct the issue. I have contacted the BBB as well and they still don't respond. I guess they would rather deal with a lawsuit when my mother falls out of this bed than do the right thing and send the mattress set at the height it is supposed to be. This may not normally be that big of a deal, but to someone who is 86 years old, legally blind with arthritis, it is a HUGE deal. Z Mattress could care less. They are more than willing to make the deal and will say anything, but you're on your own if you need any service after you've handed over your money. I have now issued a chargeback with my credit card company. This is a safety issue, not a comfort issue. Steer clear of this place.
