Planned Value + Service 6/13/2015

Denton was extremely professional and thorough at conducting the annual service on our heating and AC unit. He gave my wife and I a very complete description of the work he was performing and did it very effectively without any bother to our schedules. I highly recommend both he and Wolfer's for all of your Heating and AC service work. more

wolford's has the best reputation for hiring the best representatives and one is Shawn. He is very personable, joyful, compassionate, an all around pleasure to be around and at the same time is professional and goes right to the problem and fixes it with no problems. Good Job! more

Replacing my AC Unit 4/23/2015

Today Harley, Enrigue and Plasito came as a team and replaced my old AC system with a new system. All of them were knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and pleasant... did a very satisfying job. They were thorough and detail oriented. I am a very satisfied customer. ~ dr john choppala more

Annual Maintenance 3/26/2015

Francisco arrived at the scheduled time for annual maintenance. I am very happy with the work he did. His service was prompt, clean, friendly, and professional. He also answered my question about installing a new oil tank – he gave me the price and explained benefits of the new top-draw tank. I recommend Wolfer’s to my friends. more

Furnace and A/C installation 2/13/2015

Loved the fact that Wolfer's techs were able to do the install in one day. Both Rafael and Ciro were a good team and were very professional and courteous. City inspector was very impressed with their work as we were. Price was very competitive and incentive included discount via Costco too. more

our new (really NEW) furnace 1/25/2015

More than two weeks ago our furnace of 42 (yes, really!) years finally gave up the ghost. The company delivered the new one the next week. The installers, Josh, Elias and Enrique, were competent, efficient, and installed the furnace relatively fast; but they were also willing to answer any questions and explain things to us. We have used this company before, and will call them again, if necessary. Thank you Wolfer's! more

Absolute service par excellence 11/13/2014

Th first cold weather of the season and the heaterdidn't work. We had two exellent service people; and the staff in the main office who took our intial call are "role models" for the level of concern and support every front desk person should be like. The service people acted as a team; ran their ideas by their peers; kept us informed; and got the job done. Joe is very technically savvy and can speak to the homeowner (me) in words easy to comprehend. I highly recommend Wolfer's to any homeowner seeking a new, or fixing an old heater, and probably an aircon also. more
