We had two exellent service people; and the staff in the main office who took our intial call are "role models" for the level of concern and support every front desk person should be like.
The service people acted as a team; ran their ideas by their peers; kept us informed; and got the job done. Joe is very technically savvy and can speak to the homeowner (me) in words easy to comprehend.
I highly recommend Wolfer's to any homeowner seeking a new, or fixing an old heater, and probably an aircon also.
