Fixed It Quickly 5/27/2014

My utility company referred me to Wolfer's. The pilot light in my water heater extinguished and wasn't restarting. I had a bad feeling this was going to be more than just a simple repair. And with a holiday weekend coming up . . . John was available much earlier than estimated. He gave me the bad news, but with the good news a new tank could be installed same day. Three hours later (thanks to some good plumbing by the previous contractor) John was on his way and I had hot water again. The price to install was pretty much on average. Sure, it sucks having to pay it, but the quick turn around, disposal of the old tank, and overall quality of service (plus having hot water) made it worth the cost. more

Water softner service 4/30/2014

Shawn P. was professional, courteous and friendly. He listened to my concern and proceeded to diagnose the problem, fixing it quickly, explaining his actions. This is the second time Shawn has worked on our water softner system and based on his performace, Wolfer's is our choice for service. Well done, Shawn! more

Heat pump service & repair 12/3/2013

Franciso from Wolfer's did a great job. I heard a noise coming from my heat pump and he quickly diagnosed it and recommended repairs. He was not pushy but let me know of possible issues if it was not repaired. Friendly & timely service. more

Shawn did a great job on fixing our toilet drain. -he diagnosed problem and repaired in a timely manner. -He gave us a verbal quote that he stuck with for the final bill. - Cleaned up after. - replaced toilet seat with out being asked. - Had a great attitude even working into the dinner hour. more
