While nearby cafes may serve a cheaper cup of joe, I was drawn to Wired Puppy because it offers the holy grail of cafe-dwellers: seating and wifi. So maybe coffee quality is tangential to this review, but I loved the contemporary interior, with its molded stools, exposed brick, and luxe cream & sugar station. There's even a public computer if you want to check your email between chapters of Dostoevsky, but forgot to bring your laptop. Don't forget to grab a generous pastry sample (major muffin points there) while you soak in the free wifi and ample outlets in the backroom. I just hope this place doesn't become a madhouse and other cafe-dwellers steal my spot... but until then, I love you, Wired Puppy.
