Wingstop

My husband and son n law went into wing stop on mason last week .They stood at the front counter for a good 10 minutes waiting on someone to take their order . They stood there and watched one employee stand in the back playing on his phone . Finally they just gave up and left. Tonight my husband wanted wing stop so I went and ordered inside of the store. The guy taking the order behind the counter seemed to be drunk or high IDK. I ask how long it would be before the food would be ready? He said 18 minutes. This was at 5:49 pm . I went and ran a errand for what was probably 25 minutes , I came back to stand in a backed up line almost out the door to get up to the counter to be told that my order was not yet ready...I finally received my food at 6:39pm ..?? I am not one to complain but this was a horrible experience. Rude costumer service , This wing stop has always been slow but this is a new low.. I will not be going back. On top of everything they forgot my ranch dip.. lol sorry not sorry # venting over. more

Wingstop on S. Mason in Katy is fantastic. My husband and I are, embarrassingly, regulars. We eat there once a week or once every two weeks. He's just a wing-a-holic and I'm a sucker for a pouty face! I always call ahead and order the same thing every time - 20 Original Hot (bone in - not HOT HOT, just nice), 2 Large Fries (nicely seasoned), 1 Large Ranch Dip. This order costs about $17. Its more expensive than your other fast-food joints but worth it. Its the perfect quick dinner for chilling in front of the TV. The wings and fries are always good. In all the times we've had food from Wingstop we've never had a bad batch or a mixed up order. Usually the service is very good. Only once was I put on hold and forgotten about. They often get very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. They do deliver but we always go in and pick it up because its so close to where we live. It doesn't matter how busy they are though - your order will always be ready in 14 minutes (never 13 minutes and certainly not 15!). I particularly like it when you get a staff member on the phone and they say "OK that'll be ready in ... oh... lets see... lets say 14 minutes." as if just this once, it *might* have been 15 minutes! Wingstop is a great little place to eat-in or take-out. The inside always looks clean but there's nothing as satisfying as eating wings and their yummy seasoned fries in bed with Lost on the TV! more
