Willow Glen Shoe Repair

Bar none, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. This guy was unbelievable! He absolutely ruined a pair of my Cole Haan's and then started to give me some analogy about if you want to get a Porsche washed then you have to pay $200 to have it done right and then started telling me that they were cheap $50 shoes. I will never go to this place again and hope that others can use this review to avoid having a similar experience to mine. Cons: Horrible service, worse attitude. more

I went by around 4:45p.; they were closed, but their sign said open till 7p. Desperate to have my only work shoes repaired, I walked around back and saw a couple of workers through the window. I got their attention, asked for a quote, and was aked to return in an hour. An hour later I came back, they were opened and I was helped by the owner, R. Herrera. His quote was $2 more than his worker quoted me, and he would not budge! Herrera claimed his worker, ""Doesn't know what he is talking about."" This shoe repair business is unkind, rude, and Herrera had an abrasive demeanor. Consequently, this service will be my first and my last!!! Pros: It's on the way to the Meridian postoffice. Cons: Hours of operation are inconsistent with hours of operation sign on front door. more
