Re: ""they will try to get away with anything"" Our tenant is right that he was incorrectly accused of causing the A/C to break down. Wilkinson PM was using the professional opinion of a qualified HVAC contractor. The tech. was partly right about some damage being caused by dog urine on the outside condenser but this is not why the A/C stopped working. Our contractor admitted that his tech. misdiagnosed the cause and sincerely apologized to us and to the tenants. He told us that he tried to reimburse the tenants for the cost of getting a second opinion. Since this dispute was resolved, the tenants have renewed their lease with Wilkinson PM. Our company works hard to ensure all tenants' problems are addressed and resolved quickly. We have many satisfied homeowners and tenants that have given great referrals for our company. more

Wilkinson PM would never have held a security deposit without specific reasons. Nor would they ever have told anyone that they would not supply a detailed list of items. There are Landlord Tenant relation departments within each jurisdiction where problems of this sort can be dealt with.\r A good portion of each day is spent returning calls and answering emails. After reading this complaint please be sure to click on my comments at the end of their reply. They are unaware what my complaint on them actually consists of. This Co falsely accused us of damage to the outside A/C unit with no factual evidence. If we hadn't hired our own A/C co to disprove their allegations, we would have been charged 57% installation on the new unit. We proved them wrong on a Thur, since then the Capacitor (under warranty) blew and Wilkinson will not have anyone out to fix it till the following Wed. There was no apology, and no attempt to have our air turned on in a reasonable time. In fact, the co that they hired to confirm our findings, would have done the job that day. Wilkinson chooses for us to sit in 90 degree weather for another 6 days. I will never rent a property that is managed by this co again. The insensitivity that was shown is appalling. We have friends in military that rent, I will ensure no one I know rents a property managed by Wilkinson. That's a large community. Integrity is not found in their motto. They don't deserve the 1 star. Be wary if you are renters and this is your management co. Pros: none that I can see Cons: Renters nightmare more

I had a bad experience with Wilkinson PM, and I would recommend that you avoid using them. All of my contact with the company was through JoAnn Sisel, up until the end when I dealt with Mike Fox. Both of these people are listed on the website of Fox Realty, so I would advise people to avoid Fox Realty as well. They didn't return any of the security deposit. I believe they should have. They also did not provide any details within 45 days, even though the law requires this. They didn't provide an itemized list of deductions from the security deposit and instead told me it would take too long. The law requires them to provide this as well. (The law is in 55-248.15:1) They are bad at communication. They often didn't return calls, letters, or email or make an effort on their own to communicate or answer questions. My advice would be to find a more reputable company that treats its customers better and follows landlord tenant laws. more
