I researched this company after making an appointment. And I could have easily cancelled my appointment do to the racist comment that I read. However, because I have common sence and followed MY MIND!!! I have not stopped bragging about Dr.Valenzi every since I left his office Monday. Not to mention I live an hour away and no dental insurance. It was worth the drive!!! See you soon Doc. Thankyou to Pam, Libby, Monique an all the others that I didn't get to meet. I called to find out prices from white wolf dental ad spoke to a women about price. I told the pricing was ridicules and that i came back from europe with fixed tooth i just need to detail because it chipped off on plain then i bit something hard one tooth another thing i hear go back to italy and she hung up. then i called back girl on the phone was nice i was upset and thought they being racist then doctor became very rood and start treating me and telling me to stick up my treats up in my a... i will never will go to that racist office. I was shocked what Doctors office like that still have a business running wow? Pros: racist more

Good Treatment, Been there over five times and only saw him once. Had two deep cleaning with tech but doctor did not check after tech was done? Seems that was not right? Especially after procedure you would expect a follow up with him? Check for caviities or loss teeth? Say Hello ? Something but got nothing! Rant\r \r Talked to pam today to clear up a late bill. They misscoded the insurance request for my routine cleaning service. Which my Health Insurance company entitles me to two cleaning per calandar year. I was not aware of there procedure when I had the cleaning done . Since she misscoded this she has charged me a higher fee plus will not resubmit the correct code to my insurance company since they will pay completly for . Have called to local dentist well recongized in the port orange area to say they will accept my insurance. United Health Care . \r \r I will not be recommending them to anyone, and by the way they stopped filling insurance for you and the office visits YOU PAY upfront. And YOU SUBMIT to your insurance companies. \r \r It just goes to show you how this office has lost all customer service.
