Talked to pam today to clear up a late bill. They misscoded the insurance request for my routine cleaning service. Which my Health Insurance company entitles me to two cleaning per calandar year. I was not aware of there procedure when I had the cleaning done . Since she misscoded this she has charged me a higher fee plus will not resubmit the correct code to my insurance company since they will pay completly for . Have called to local dentist well recongized in the port orange area to say they will accept my insurance. United Health Care . \r

I will not be recommending them to anyone, and by the way they stopped filling insurance for you and the office visits YOU PAY upfront. And YOU SUBMIT to your insurance companies. \r

It just goes to show you how this office has lost all customer service. They just want the money up front even if you have great coverage. \r
