When selling a leather chair... be sure it is leather! Had my chair for 3 years and is peeling! Was told it was 100% leather. Can't find the receipt to share also. more

Beware of the jewelry department. I was a loyal customer spending enough money in there to purchase a car, but when it was time to get my jewelry repaired it was a nightmare! First they hassled me about switching my insurance to the mediocre company they push on all their customers. I payed them to replace a small diamond and when I came in to pick it up they had switched my ring with another work order and handed me back a ring that wasn't mine! That's not even the half of it, in my engagement ring, they forced a larger diamond in the spot that was obviously too small for that diamond to go there thinking I wouldn't notice. Finally, after promising to repair it the following Saturday only after I called them out on there workmanship, it wasn't ready and they didn't even bother calling me. After patiently waiting two weeks, I finally got fed up and demanded them to send me my ring and refund my money. Their workmanship is horrible and the customer service is just as bad. What a wonderful place to shop for quality furnishings for an amazing price. Les was extremely helpful, not pushy, and extremely educated about every piece of furniture on the floor. Mike helped me pick out the perfect rug for my space, and even had some chairs delivered upstairs so that I could envision better how the colors would fit together. I met the owner, Whitney Black, and he was such a pleasant person to speak to. My experience at Whit Ash was incredible, and I truly felt like I was the only one shopping that day although the place was packed! more

Whit Ash appraised and sized a family heirloom for me. The girl showed me how they check to be sure the diamonds are real with two meters - one to test diamonds and one to test moissanite. A prong broke shortly after that so I took it back and had to leave the ring for two days. I was helped this time by an arrogant, rude man who was insulted when I asked for the testing that they taught me! He said he did not realize I was going to be this way and looked me in the eye and told me not to come back. I was so shocked I asked to speak to a manager. He lied to my face and told me no one higher than him was there. I asked the front desk to have the owner call me and they told me I could speak to the manager! HUH? The manager clearly did not care how I was treated! Do NOT take you jewelry to Whit Ash! If they are insulted by you being sure you are getting your diamonds back then they are doing something shady! I do NOT trust them. more

Cyndi and I visited this store a few weeks ago, and we were pretty impressed with the quality for the price. They had a large selection and good service (not pushy) as well! more

My recent experience with a major furniture purchase here was outstanding. This was partly because of the quality and abundance of merchandise available, and partly because the salespeople were exceptionally helpful. The prices weren't bad either. Definitely would come here again! more
