Whit Ash appraised and sized a family heirloom for me. The girl showed me how they check to be sure the diamonds are real with two meters - one to test diamonds and one to test moissanite. A prong broke shortly after that so I took it back and had to leave the ring for two days. I was helped this time by an arrogant, rude man who was insulted when I asked for the testing that they taught me! He said he did not realize I was going to be this way and looked me in the eye and told me not to come back. I was so shocked I asked to speak to a manager. He lied to my face and told me no one higher than him was there. I asked the front desk to have the owner call me and they told me I could speak to the manager! HUH? The manager clearly did not care how I was treated! Do NOT take you jewelry to Whit Ash! If they are insulted by you being sure you are getting your diamonds back then they are doing something shady! I do NOT trust them.
