When I first called because my cat is ill, the lady who answered the phone at night was superb! She was friendly and caring and answered my concerns. I loved the customer service! I came in at the break of dawn to drop off my cat and the lady at that time, also, was amazingly courteous and helpful!\r

Then I got the phone call from my doctor. He explained to me what was going on with my cat, which was great. But due to the costs I didn't think I could afford at the time, I tried to discuss alternatives with him that maybe I can do at home. I felt like he was pretty pushy about me doing it the way he wanted it done. Almost like I didn't have a choice in the matter. I was very uncomfortable. I called back a few minutes later to ask a question and the receptionist, (a different lady, by now), was not knowledgeable about what was going on in the clinic, it seemed. And to top it off, when I came to pick up my cat, I had barely walked in the door and I could already feel her unfriendliness!\r

She didn't even say hi or can I help you! She just stared, then said ""yes?"". No smile, no good customer service... nothing. The doctor met me and again, I found him pushy about his way. Also, he was obviously in a rush, and it intimidated me from asking him any questions. He didn't even glance down at my poor cat, except to show me how to administer his medication and fluid! When he was done explaining the procedure, he didn't even look me in the eye or shake my hand or anything! No formal good-bye that you would expect with that setting. Anyway, just wanted to share my experience.
