My fiance and I took our fur baby in for the first time and we were both amazed at the general awe of this place. The only negative experience was the snobbish woman at the reception desk when we first came in, she was kind of rude and clearly didn't like the staff members that were coming to get patients. She was the only negative though.
The girl that took us to the room, Tiffany I think, was really nice, seemed truly interested in our boy, and put me totally at ease with the hospital after the first girl gave me doubts, and it was clear that she loves her job. She was really gentle with him while still being firm while the doctor was examining him, even when he was trying to jump off the table. We saw Dr.Gaugh and she was very respectful and great with our baby. Dr Gaugh also didn't have a problem admitting that she wasn't sure and bringing in one of the more seasoned vets. We were very pleased with everyone we came in contact with, except the first lady, and we will definitely be returning.
